Websites & business systems — Cape Coral, Fort Myers & Southwest Florida
Your idea deserves more than a template.
Vistarela is a founder-led studio building websites and business systems for local service companies. Scroll, and we'll build one in front of you.
Stage 01
Every build starts with what your business actually needs.
Before a single pixel: what you sell, who buys it, where you work, and how jobs reach you today. The answers decide everything downstream.
- Business goal
- Audience
- Brand
- Experience
- Technology
- Growth
Stage 02
Structure before decoration.
We lay out the path a customer takes — what they see first, what they can tap, and how fast they can reach you. Get this wrong and no amount of styling rescues it.
Stage 03
Then it becomes something people trust.
Type, colour, depth, and space that make a local business look as capable as it is. Reviewed by hand — we don't generate a layout and ship it unread.
Stage 04
Engineered, not assembled.
Custom front-end code, forms validated on the server, analytics wired up at launch, and integrations with the software you already run.

- Web applications
- Integrations & automation
Stage 05
Built for the screen it's actually opened on.
Most of your customers arrive on a phone, often standing in the yard looking at the problem. The phone layout is the one we get right first, not the one we squeeze in last.
Stage 06
Beyond the brochure site.
Quote calculators, customer portals, dashboards, scheduling workflows, and internal tools — built around how your business actually runs.
Stage 07
Checked before anyone else sees it.
Founder review, real-device testing, accessibility and performance checks, and every form actually submitted before we go live.

Stage 08
Let's build what's next.
Domain connected, analytics verified, and the two of us still here afterwards. Tell us about your business and we'll come back with the most useful next step.

Questions
Straight answers to the things owners actually ask.
How much does a website cost?
Website Launch projects start at $1,500. The final price depends on scope — how many pages you need, how many services you offer, whether we're writing content from scratch, and whether the site needs anything custom like a quote calculator or booking flow.
We give you a fixed price before any work begins. You will not get a surprise invoice at the end.
How long does a typical website take?
Most launch projects take a few weeks from deposit to launch. The single biggest factor is how quickly we can get content from you — photos, service details, and any licensing or insurance information you want shown.
We give you a target timeline in writing when we agree on scope. We don't guarantee a launch date, because a date we can't control isn't worth much to you.
What is a private website concept?
It's a focused preview of a homepage direction for your business — layout, structure, messaging, and the path we'd want your customers to take. It's meant to show you direction and possibilities before you commit to anything.
A concept is not a finished free website, and it isn't something every prospect automatically receives. We prepare one when it's a good fit, after a short conversation about your business and goals.
Do I own my website?
After the project is paid in full, the client owns the approved custom website content and final project deliverables, subject to the terms of the agreement and any licensed third-party components.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build every site with foundational on-page SEO: clean page structure, descriptive titles and headings, fast load times, mobile-friendly layouts, and a sitemap search engines can read. We also make sure your service areas are described clearly.
We do not guarantee rankings, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Search results depend on competition, your review profile, your Google Business Profile, and factors no agency controls. What we can commit to is doing the fundamentals properly and improving based on what the data shows.
Can you build tools beyond a website?
Yes, and it's a real part of what we do. Quote calculators, customer portals, automated lead follow-up, scheduling workflows, dashboards, internal tools, intake systems, and integrations with software you already use.
These are quoted after discovery, because the right tool depends entirely on how your business actually runs. We'd rather understand the workflow first than sell you something generic.
